Amy uses a facilitated 4-step process that starts with an overarching co-design (Step 1) with a dedicated Design Team of organizational leaders that shape and inform the overarching design for the strategic planning process (plan components, workshop agendas, etc.). A design is created, including defining your BIG questions, the overall group experience and activities, and key problems to be solved through the planning process. A blend of data collection methods, ranging from interviews to focus groups to simple surveys, are implemented throughout a brief data collection phase (Step 2) that informs your initial Discovery Report (Step 3). The Discovery Report shares recommendations on group workshops needed to build out the final plan (step 4) to flesh out goals, objectives, and metrics with quarterly milestones.
A strategic planning package includes several deliverables to shape the future work of the organization. These are 1) a Discovery Report and an 2) inclusive 3-year plan and roadmap. Success metrics for the organization are defined with quarterly goals and objectives mapped out over time.

Retreat and planning packages provides groups with a facilitated experience and journey to develop a time bound plan for achieving high-level goals and objectives. I support groups in operationalizing their organizational values, strategic directions, and ABIDE (learn more about ABIDE here) strategies through a unified team strategy. Self and community care practices are encouraged and added in to support staff.
