Board Development & Transformation Coaching
This package includes an organizational needs assessment, a situational analysis, and capacity building plan that articulates your top three areas of growth and strategies to get you started in re-energizing your Board’s work and role.
The organizational needs assessment outlines five key components that need to be addressed to reach your future destination: first, a crystallized vision of success, your current blocks and barriers to reaching the vision, organizational gaps and weaknesses, current priorities, and an agreed-upon team work plan with roles. The needs assessment also provides a recommendation of organizational development goals and strategies to implement to build capacity to fulfill your goals. Coaching and consultation support provides a supportive experience for both Staff and Board Leaders.
Organizational Transition Package (for Executive Leadership Changes)
This 3-month support package includes:
Two facilitated work planning sessions to co-create a shared vision of a successful transition and key components of your transition plan inclusive of organizational priorities
Executive leadership transition coaching for outgoing and incoming Executive Directors, working with them 1:1 and in a pair to co-create learning and leadership development goals, as well as goals for the transition period. Monthly coaching includes two 60-minute confidential coaching sessions, totaling six sessions over a three month engagement
Board Development Support, including facilitating a Board Needs and Asset Assessment with a situational analysis (digging into the history and context of a group and situation)
A supported, confidential, inclusive process for key leaders to know their role in leading the transition work
