Amy Haynes is a passionate coach, facilitator, and macro social worker with deep experience in community development and coalition-building. Amy has been honored to serve in a variety of leadership roles that taught her how to build lasting partnerships to start new community programs trying to tackle long standing issues like expanded access to fresh produce and healthy foods. Amy is a certified coach and facilitator trained in using Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitation methods, StrengthsFinders® leadership development practice, and the spiral model popular education theory that taps into group wisdom. Amy brings an innovative spirit and profound belief in our interconnectedness to her work with nonprofit leaders and organizations.
